"When I checked in for a Deluxe Double Double room, I was given a room very close to an office building whose workers could see into my room as I could observe them. Heavy curtains and inner curtains (that let some light in) are on the two windows however, one can't have these opened unless one wants to be visible to the workers mere meters from your room. I found this to be claustrophobic. I asked for another room and was given one on the opposite side of the building. Avoid rooms ending in 08."

"Oh my goodness… my favourite hotel in Sydney. I was travelling with my 4yo and he said it was his “Best day ever!”. The staff are so so lovely - we even got an upgrade which was super duper wonderful, thank you lovely man at reception… But all the staff were lovely and so patient with my rambunctious boy. Communal spaces totally groovy, as per ACE style, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed, vinyls waiting for you and great selection of bar snacks and drinks. I love this hotel. Every. Singe.
