"Every year we host a national launch in the hotel. This time I decided to stay onsite and make my stay more comfortable. The room was wonderful and I had a lovely sleep with the block out blinds. Breakfast was also delicious and there was a lot to choose from. "

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"Good location to stay at if you need to get to the convention centre but, kind of out of the way for anything else. At first, The staff wouldn't honour the free breakfast each morning despite me showing the email confirmation that says i had breakfast included of which is why I booked the accommodation via wotif. "

"Central to most of what we went to. Staff all lovely and helpful. It would be beneficial for power points either side of the bed to be easily accessible for people who use sleep apnoea machines, getting down on knees on the floor to plug in under bedside cupboard is not fun when you are older. Loved the view over Hyde Park, windows were dirty though which was a shame but realise it's not a cheap or easy exercise to keep them clean. The food was lovely in the cafe, small menu but good. ...
