"Clean rooms and spa, Friendly staff."

"Really helpful and polite staff, nice pool area and spa facilities. Good restaurant, well organized, excellent breakfast. The only ‘problem’ is the functionality of the room furniture - not as convinient as I would like. "

"Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night which we had paid for online"

"Modern, spacious, clean room, fabulous view. Boutique spa, warm and inviting. Staff super nice."

"Wonderful breakfast and dinner"

"Excellent food, staff and food. The spa was lovely. Professionals. We would come back"

"einfach wunderbar, super nettes Personal, guter Service, alles wie neu"

"The hotel looks like it used to be nice but has fallen into disrepair. It’s also dirty and none of the staff speak English. It was $140 for a night which is about as expensive as it gets in Eastern Europe but this felt like a hotel that should be in the $20 to 30 range. Avoid unless it’s that cheap or you have no other choices. "

"the hotel is overall ok, the spa facilities are small but convenient especially the kids pool. additionally the kids club has a very nice program and the girls there are enternaining the children all the time which gives a little free time for the parents."
