Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. No air-conditioning during off-season and the bedroom was incredibly hot. We left our balcony doors open throughout the stay, but depending on your room this may not be safely possible. "Considering it was the first day opening from the winter shutdown the staff and facilities ran smoothly with impeccable service from checkin, dinning, attentiveness of staff and spa facilities. "
