Nice quiet hotel with luxury touch/aesthetic. Could do with some improvement in areas e.g. several spa facilities were non-functioning, only one lunch spot, no bar at adult pool and general grounds in some areas required some TLC. But very nice relaxing hotel with great food and excellent cocktails at the tapas bar. Comfy beds, good showers.

One of the best stays I have ever had

We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - we loved the experience from start to finish. Fantastic Junior Suite. incredible food at the pool bar, wonderful day beds by the pool, massage. It was the perfect experience. If there was one area for improvement it would be that some of the serving staff forget orders from time to time and need reminding - but we weren't bothered about that really

A relaxing, peaceful and restful 5 night stay with super service from all the staff. The food was excellent and well worth being all-inclusive. The only negative was the room which had nowhere to store clothes apart from the wardrobe so we had to keep everything in our suitcases on the floor. Some drawers would have been helpful. The shower was very slippery and dangerous when wet - as a result my husband couldn’t use it. We very much hope to return..

Service at Dinner is poor, because there are not enough people. All staff is super friendly however. Our room had a mold-smell so we requested a change: that went smooth. Rooms could use a renovation. Overall, a very beautiful place but needs renovation and an upgrade in service level.

Variety of cold cuts, cheeses, lox for breakfast along with yogurts, cereal and assortment of artisan breads. Really liked the offering of local dish made of crushed tomatoes, oil and seasoned salt. There was a la carte options available with different options for eggs and pancakes. Dinner was equally exquisite with delicious a la carte options. Gym has mostly cardio equipment consisting of a few bikes, elliptical machine and treadmills. Free weights and a bench. I would prefer to have a better outfitted gym given it’s a “wellness” resort. Spa and saunas were clean and not crowded at all. Perhaps it has to do with the time of the year and March-April being the slow season which was great for us! They did struggle with providing timely service and so the wait time for breakfast/dinner was quite long (up to 30 min) Once you get past the idea that everything has to be quick - it becomes very enjoyable. We would come back around the same time next year to take advantage of no crowds!!

Beautiful hotel and lovely setting and facilities. Only moan was waiter service in restaurants. Pretty poor service. Left to fend after initial order taken. Nobody to ask if you want another drink or desert. One Main course arrived after plates cleared which was a shame.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, wo wirklich alles passt. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft schön sowie die Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überragend, zusätzlich kann man noch was von der Karte bestellen. Kinderfreundlich. Etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto schnell in den anderen Städten oder am Strand. Die Unterkunft bietet alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt: angenehme Atmosphäre, Gebäude und Gelände mit Charakter, tolle Zimmer, ein hervorragendes Frühstück, Abendessen mit Ambieten (wenn man möchte), entspannte Pool-Situation, eine nette Poolbar und auch Möglichkeiten sich sportlich zu betätigen (Zustand der Tennisplätze war sehr gut). Es ist natürlich eine Momentaufnahme, aber bei uns war der Service immer nett, zuvorkommend und schnell. Insofern kann ich das Gemecker in anderen Kommentaren nicht nachvollziehen. Einmal hatte die Klimaanlage (im ganzen Gebäude) einen defekt und uns wurde aktiv vom Hotel umgehend ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Man benötigt ein Fahrzeug, wenn man die nähere Umgebung erkunden möchte, mit dem man dann aber mal eben nach Llucmajor, Palma, o.ä. fahren kann. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht. Einmal haben wir auch den Adult-only-Pool genutzt. Dort schien mir die Stimmung etwas angespannt, was aber nicht am Pool und auch nicht am Hotel lag....
