Great place to stay with great view and an excellent breakfast. The only thing i did not like is that no body came to change the bed sheets even we stayed for three nigits but apart of that i really liked the place and the drive to the city overall 💕.

Great Location , Great Staff.

Amazing location. 2 minites walk from the beach. Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways.

6th time in Majorca.

The accommodation is comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom flat with a nice living room, dinning area, 2 sofas, tv and a kitchen with everything we needed and also a little garden with 4 sunbeds. The location of the hotel is excellent. The big issue with the hotel is this; we booked a full board holiday and except the breakfast where you had different options, the lunch and dinner were the lowest quality food I have experienced in the past 6 years in palma. They didn't even have drinking water in the restaurant. Everything was to order and expensive. So If i was to re book this place, I will book it with breakfast only. I posted a picture of the dinner as an example to give you an idea about how poor was the dinner. I would recommend the place but definitely not the food. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The apartment was spacious. However, as it was early in the season (late March) the apartment was very cold when we arrived. Luckily there was heating so the following days were nicer. We had breakfast buffé included and there were lots to chose from. However, there was a small kitchen with microwave and stove (but no oven) so one can cook meals. The two bedrooms were of good size and had plenty of storage space. We had one balcony facing the sea and a roof terrace and a small balcony to dry laundry. Overall, we had what we needed for our stay. Close to the hotell there is a small beach with beautiful surroundings, even though you can find nicer water to swim in elsewhere. The hotell has a couple of swimingpools but we never tried those. We took a nice hike from the hotell and there are probably several ones to choose from. Even though Cala Pi is a small place we found two nice restaurants in the area.

Ona Club Cala Pi is a very nice hotel, we had a beautiful view over the swimming pools and the sea and great breakfasts. However, since we came out of season (October), the bar and the kid's area were closed near the pool and the staff didn't seem to care about cleaning the floor around the swimming pool, which is a shame since we had pretty nice days and people were still using these areas. Also, the jacuzzi isn't one since it's just bubbles in cold water. Last thing is that it can be noisy in the apartments since there is no real insulation in the wall, and they have flood issues in the staircases and in some bedrooms when it rains a lot. I had a nice stay but I would choose another area to stay next time since it's quite secluded. The beach is not great (the river floods in the sea and makes the water brown and the sand is more like riverbed sand) and the nearest beach is at about 25 minutes drive. All in all it was fine but not perfect.

Such a great place and the receptionist Maria was amazing providing all the information we needed in regards with trips , restaurants and all the support we needed. The food was great too at restaurant. I would definitely come back here .

Urlaub sollte erholsam sein und im Ona Club Cala Pi findet man genau diese Erholung. Durch diese traumhafte Badebucht in Kombination mit diesem sehr ruhigen Ort kann man seinen Urlaub wirklich genießen. Man sollte sich jedoch einen Mietwagen buchen, um nicht auf Taxis oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angewiesen zu sein, wenn man den Ort mal verlassen möchte. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Hotel waren top. Der Poolbereich nie überlaufen. Einzig beim Frühstücken muss man auf Trubel und Lautstärke gefasst sein. Insgesamt ein sehr solides 3-Sterne-Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Jeg tror desværre vi fik en dårlig lejlighed, så den har jeg ikke så meget pænt at sige om udover at den var rummelig. Venligt personale og dejlig stemning på hotellet og i nærområdet.

Toll gelegen. Wunderschöne Natur und Landschaft. Sehr freundliches und stets hilfreiches Personal. Im Apartment gab es alles was wir brauchten. Die Matratzen vom Schlafsofa könnten mal getauscht werden. Anreise vom Flughafen mt Taxi ist günstiger gewechsen als der Transfer vom Hotel. Mietwagen kann auch vor Ort im Hotel gebucht werden. Zurück haben wir dann doch den Transport des Hotels genutzt. Dieser kam pünktlich und wir brauchten kein Fahrzeug mehr zurück geben.

Jättebra rum med härlig takterrass. Frukostbuffén var bra, men man behöver sitta utomhus för att kunna prata med sitt sällskap. Var otroligt slammigt inomhus. Poolen var fräsch och svalkande, skönt med trappan till havet för lite variation. Bra mataffär med bra öppettider. Hotellets restaurangen var inte bra, önskade mer spansk mat när man ändå är i Spanien. Serverade pizza, pommes och kyckling, uppskattades inte av mig då kvalitén inte var 100.

Leider bin ich ein wenig enttäuscht geworden. Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Somit sind wir dann in das Restaurant gegangen dort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt daß wir erst ein Abendessen bekommen. Also sind wir mit dem Auto nach Palma. Betten hatten Flecken nach Reklamation wurde diese neu gemacht. Reinigung nur 1x pro Woche. Türen klemmen oder Quitschen. Essen am Buffet ist lustlos und teilweise kalt. Was mancher Koch hier kocht ist eine Zumutung Fleisch innen Roh aussen manchmal sehr Cross. Nachtisch ist meistens aus der Dose. Geschirr muss man sich genau anschauen teilweise Verschmutzung. Hier hat man das Gefühl bitte bestelle nach Karte was auch extra kostet. Anlage ansonsten ist schön auch der Strand.
Innen noch roh frisch von Grill.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage direkt an einer kleinen, schönen Bucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot genügend Auswahl. Wer etwas besichtigen möchte, benötigt auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Wenn wir wieder auf die Insel kommen, wird dieses Hotel unsere Wahl sein.

Leider absolut enttäuschend. Unsauber, unorganisiert und weit entfernt von dem, was versprochen wurde. Kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Nie wieder….

Bel appart-hôtel avec suffisamment d'espace (chambres et living spacieux et belles installations). Petit-déjeuner formidable en choix, qualité et à volonté. Un endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la nature. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

:) Gute Betten, großes Appartement, sehr freundliches Personal :(( Sehr hellhörig, sehr schlechtes wlan, Küchenausstattung schlecht, Dauerberieselung beim Frühstück, Handtuchausleihe für den Strand kostet extra 12€, verqualmtes Appartement, Geruch ging selbst nach einer Woche nicht weg, innerhalb von 10 Tagen sollte mindestens einmal geputzt werden und die Bettwäsche sollte gewechselt werden. Beides fand nicht statt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cala Pi. L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme avec une végétation luxuriante. Les appartements sont spacieux, pas moderne mais bien pensés. Plusieurs terrasses avec différentes expositions. Le personnel est quand à lui vraiment charmant et souriant. Ils ont été au petits soins. La demi pension est très bonne, on trouve toujours quelque chose à manger et c’est très varié. Notre point négatif, l’isolation… les bâtiments ne sont pas tous récents et ne bénéficient pas du double vitrage. Les menuiseries sont en bois et assez ancienne, si une famille décide de faire soirée jusqu’à tard dans la nuit ou au petit matin, adieu le sommeil…..

Recht ruhige Unterkunft mit großzügigen Zimmern. Nicht viel drumherum. Ein kleiner Strand in einer daneben gelegenen Bucht. Leider keine Bewirtung und keine Toiletten an Strand. Zum Hotel gehörende Parkplätze gibts auch nicht.
