Good stay

Great hotel and staff friendly & helpful. Nice & comfortable hotel near beach. Wouldn't stay in Arenal again as didn't like the feel of the area, but hotel was fine.

We use the hotels at a night stop over before going elsewhere in Majorca. Hotel was nice clean bed was comfortable, etc. great breakfast and easily walkable into town to get something to eat when we arrived. Hotels on the side street away from the main road, although it didn’t feel unsafe, there was a lot of people hanging around late at night making a lot of noise And the proximity to local hotels with people playing music on balconies etc I would stay again if needed to stop over in the area

Great Hotel!

Stayed for 5 nights the rooms are modern and super clean, bed was comfy, had a partial sea view on the top floor. Housekeeping came in every day and the breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. A couple mins walk to the nearest beach, the pool and sun loungers were good the sun doesnt get round until lunchtime. A minute walk gets you to the restaurants and bars along the front, plenty of decent choices. There are some empty and run down properties nearby but that didnt spoil our experience and we felt quite safe. Would definitely recommend for those who like a busy resort.

Really nice staff! The hotel's location is near the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. They recommended a café that had really good food and fair prices. The breakfast was also nice. The only negative aspect was the AC in the rooms - there was a control there, but it didn't change anything. There was only AC off and heat or AC on and cool wind. Nevertheless, I would recommend Hotel Gracia!

Overall excellent budget friendly hotel

4-star review, but I cannot say absolutely anything wrong about the hotel itself. I will start with the good stuff first. Staff was extremaly friendly. Room rather small but comfortable, quality bed and linen, very modern and clean bathroom. Breakfast was also very good for a hotel in this price range. The pool is small, but cozy, with quality loungers around it and you can sit there in the evening with your dring and enjoy a peacefull, quiet time with some ambient music from the speakers mounted around. The only reason for not giving 5 star was the street on which the hotel was located. The location itself is great, 1-2 minutes to the beach and plenty of restaurants around, but the street where the entrance is looks absolutely horrible with a really strong smell (and sight) of urine, each and every day. Saying that, the street was only maybe 200 meters long and the rest of the neighbourhood was fine, so if this doesn't bother you, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Great room, excellent location

Room looks exactly like the pictures! Staff were excellent and very helpful. Pool was usually quiet as the location is about 30s from the beach so it was very peaceful!
