5 Star Hotels in Wuzhizhou Island, Sanya

"Incredible hotel and staff. One of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. As always, there's a bit of a language barrier, but each member of their team tried their best, and was always quick to grab someone who spoke enough English to get by. Baris and Lawrence were very helpful throughout my stay. Service was on point from start to finish. I was here for about a week so I spent a lot of time comparing various hotels, and I'm really happy I ended up at Rosewood."

"Great hotel"

"Beatiful location. Very nice view. Most of the staff was very nice. Eventhough most of them didn't speak english, they were carrying the device to translate. Good food. Just inform properly about amount of spicy. Very good breakfast, several options. Western and asian style."

"Two thumbs up. Nice stay, nice beach, nice staff, all good"

"Great location and beautiful resort"

"Likes: The rooms are big, very clean, nice decor, Breakfast Buffet was good Dislike: The temperature in the gym was too warm, very uncomfortable to exercise Favorite: Hanging out at the Lounge area as it is very windy. The vast grounds were also immaculately maintained"

"Wonderful time to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family! Everyone enjoyed the time when we stay there Love our PA - Chloe she was so helpful & friendly 👍 give her 5 stars"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Banyantree Sanya with very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Especially we do appreciate Peter’s support throughout our stay. Although it was not warm enough for swimming, it was great to take outdoor bathtub and jacuzzi under the moonlight."

"The hotel is quite big. There were some people at reception that could communicate in English, although with some difficulty but was good."

"Went back the second time. As good as ever. Beach is walking distance room is clean and tidy. Service is friendly. Recommended to couple and family"

"great resort pools and lush tropical jungle"

"This is my second time here. Great breakfast buffet! So many options, my family enjoyed a lot. Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean… Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around."
