The hotel itself was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Paris. The location is also unbeatable — everything feels easily accessible, and for anything farther away, the metro is conveniently right nearby. "Safety is a significant issue. Two young women in their 20s were knocking on our door in the middle of the night and would not announce themselves. They did this multiple times. Our room phone was not working so I called the front from my cell. I reported this to the front desk who then said the women accused me knocking on THEIR door. they also said I was disturbing their sleep yet they were fully dressed and I was in pajamas. I asked the police be called and review the security footage. At my age, and my elderly mother’s age, to have screaming match with two young, strange women is asinine and dangerous. Police should have been called and the security cameras reviewed. It’s my opinion they were looking to rob someone or God knows what else."

"Only downside was having no control over the AirCon and it being set to 22C no matter what, it meant having to have the windows open which allowed a lot of noise in from the courtyard below"
