This is our first time to stay at the CitizenM hotel in Paris. We've stayed at the other CitizenM hotels but the staff here are all great and amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself and the room was clean and seemed well taken care of. The location is unbearable - the metro, Monoprix and Galeries Lafayette basically next door.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. One night the room was a little cold, but the staff immediately moved us to another room and even served us warm soup, such a thoughtful and caring gesture. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. Always love staying at a CitizenM. Such great location, amazing room looking over the Christmas lights and friendly staff. On our last evening, one of the blinds got stuck, letting the light in but thankfully, the staff at reception was able to come up to the room and temporarily fix it so that we could sleep. The next day, when we left for breakfast, the blind was fully fixed. The only addition I would love in the room is a kettle.
