"The hot tub was too full of children to use. The window glass in our room was so cloudy you could barely see outside. The elevators were out of order, although we weren’t aware and waited 15 minutes, then had to take the stairs down five flights while carrying our luggage."

"Best location! We got to see a ship pull in at night right from our room! Breakfast was ok but I’d love vegetarian options. Hard boiled eggs were overcooked but the omelets were good. We think they mixed up the signs on the coffee as we think we got decaf by mistake. We had reserved a ground floor room but got a third floor room. No reason given."

"We love Canal Park Lodge, we were surprised that for the breakfast you had to give your name and room number and that they did not allow you to help yourself to breakfast. The eggs and sausage were rationed out. Aside from the breakfast, the hotel was good! "
