"We really enjoyed our stay at the Vanderbilt. It is so clean and has great amenities-pool, pool tables/table tennis, restaurant in property. Shopping malls and great dining nearby. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were modern and the entire property was soooo clean!

"I lived in Queens, most of my life and know the area to be quiet and respectable. Still, I was a little nervous about a motor lodge. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and efficient the hotel was. Ok it is not the Waldorf, but it felt comfortable. No surprise charges, and a nicely renovated room were greatly appreciated. It was near to my destination had free parking and was near to a variety of restaurants. I could have walked if I werent so hungry. Parking did fill up at night so I squeezed in so just be aware if you are out late on a weekend. Would stay again."

"My stay at Reggie’s place gets a solid 5 stars across the board. This basement studio apartment was extremely clean and has everything one would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. For myself, the best feature of this property was having a (rarely found) dedicated parking spot in the driveway that was under camera surveillance. This allowed me to sleep well knowing my vehicle and its contents were secure. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly neighbors who were quick to wave back with a smile when I waved hello to them. Check in was quick and simple. The owner/host Reggie was a great communicator and always replied to my texts in a swift and professional manner. I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for lodging in this area, to check out Reggie’s place. I guarantee you will have no regrets in staying here. When the time comes again for me to travel back to NYC to visit friends and family in my old neighborhood, there’s no doubt I’ll be staying at Reggie’s studio in Elmont. "
"We had a spectacular time. place was very clean. They had snacks and water in the fridge. Working freezer/fridge, gas range.
There was one hickup. A freek cold front came in and the place was a little cold. I reached out to the host and 2 hours later we had 2 space heaters. WOW. Very responsive.

"The location was perfect! We went to a concert at UBS and the rental was right down the road from the venue, it was super convenient. I also really liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. There's also a countertop with barstools. It is a little small, if you're looking for something more spacious, but the rental serves its purpose! The owner was super communicative. My friend and I made it to New York an hour before check in and I asked if we could check in early, and he allowed it. Really saved us from lugging our suitcases around! Overall, great location and good stay!"
