  • La Dolce Vita… somewhere between Gent and Bruges, most beautiful and charming cities of Belgium… but also somewhere hidden in the forest so you can enjoy your quality time in privacy… there is a cute wooden chalet for you to stay with your friends or family.
    The chalet has a spacious living room with a stove and a comfortable big sofa and a flat screen HD TV. Next to it dining area with extendable table. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped: available dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, plates, glasses, pots, wok, cutlery.
    Chalet offers two separate bedrooms and the bathroom with the shower and the toilet.
    Flat screen HD TV and broadband wireless Internet available.
    There are clean sheets, towels, tea towels, liquid soap, shampoo and toilet paper in the apartment. Available in the apartment also washing machine.
    Huge garden with sauna, outdoor shower and jacuzzi are available for your use. Come, enjoy and relax!
    In the garden you can also find a barbecue for your use.
    In the neighborhood two most beautiful and charming cities of Belgium: Gent and Bruges, with all theirs tourists attractions and lots of sight-seeing options.

La Dolce Vita is indeed the perfect hideaway. Located peacefully in the woods between Brügge and Gent, it is perfect for short trips to the sea or to a historic city. The stove brings a lovely warmth especially in the cold season. The chalet is cozy, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The Nespresso machine including lots of different capsules was a big plus. The owner was really nice and helpful. And last but not least enjoying a spa day in the Jacuzzi and sauna made the weekend the perfect getaway from the city.

A place to relax

We had a lovely stay! Wim was a great host, and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the property. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful, and the garden really pleasant. Bedding and towels provided which was really useful. It was a nice walk into the local village of Ursel with a number of cafes. We had ribs and steak in La Belle Vue, washed down with local beer; it was delicious! Ghent and Bruge are a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Het is ons zeer goed bevallen. goed aan te rijden. In een mooie omgeving en tussen de steden Brugge en Gent. allebei +/- 30 minuten rijden. Het huisje was perfect alles is aanwezig. De sauna en Jacuzxi zijn top. ook de lieve buur hertjes zijn super

Sehr schön und einsam gelegenes Ferienhaus. Wir hatten gutes Wetter mit bestellt. Das ist leider nicht gelungen. Als Koch freut man sich wenn eine gute Kücheneinrichtung vorhanden ist. Diese hier war überdurchschnittlich gut. Heizung, Whirlpool und Sauna war alles gut funktionieren Vorhanden. Kann Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Ort in Waldlichtung. Riesiger Garten mit Jacuzzi, Sauna und e-Auto-Ladestation zur freien Benützung. Grosszügige Küche. Sehr nette Nachbarn (kleine Damhirschen in angrenzendem Gehege) Sehr ruhig (ausser an Wochenenden, da auf dem nahen Sportflugplatz Betrieb herrscht).

Heerlijk rustig genieten

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. We hebben genoten van de grote tuin. Lekker tennissen of voetballen, kijken naar en voeren van de hertjes, verschillende vogels en eekhoorntjes ontdekken, de jacuzzi en de sauna. In het nabijgelegen bos kun je heerlijk rustig wandelen. Het huisje is van alles voorzien en de bedden liggen echt goed! Het contact met Wim verliep heel prettig. Het was voor ons het eerste bezoek, maar het zou zomaar kunnen dat we hier nog eens terug komen.

The property is exactly as described. The pictures don’t do it justice…. It is gorgeous and well maintained. The host was very responsive and we felt so welcome. Great location. Many wonderful restaurants just a few miles away. Great for relaxing and day trips to Bruges and Ghent.

Ein Traum von einem Ferienhaus

Mitten im Wald gelegen, 25 Minuten bis Brügge, 35 Minuten bis Gent, ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus. Ein großes , eingezäuntes Grundstück, ein perfekt eingerichteter Holzbungalow, eine große Sauna, ein phantastischer Jacuzzi und supernette Gastgeber. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienobjekten, dieses war ein absolutes Highlight.

Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer legen Wert auf Qualität! Der Whirlpool ist der Hammer! Das grosse Grundstück ist ein Traum für Mensch und Hund. Wim ist ein überaus freundlicher, unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Lage des Objekts ist ideal. Brügge und Gent sind schnell erreichbar, bis ins Zentrum von Brüssel haben wir genau 1 Std. gebraucht. Seit 10 Jahren buchen wir Ferienhäuser in der Bretagne, Normandie, Nord-Pas-de-Calais und jetzt in Belgien. Dieses Haus gehört def. zu den Top 3!

Brilliant weekend getaway!

Whether alone, with spouse, or with your kids- it’s a great spot. Location was very nice to go to multiple cities and do a day. The play set outside was great for the toddler to play and within visual of the house and hot tub. Friendly deer were the highlight. My kids loved feeding them while I soaked on the sauna. Kitchen stocked with fruit, juice and even champagne. It was the warmest welcome and we so appreciated the thought. Have already recommended to friends making a quick weekend down from the Netherlands.

Ein tolles Haus mitten in der Natur und mit Allem ausgestattet, perfekte Lage für Ausflüge nach Gent, Brügge oder an die Nordsee, genauso wie für einen Tag auf der Liegewiese in der schönen Sauna und im Whirlpool. Wim ist ein netter und zuvorkomender Gastgeber, der sofort antwortet, wenn man eine Frage hat, sich aber selbst zurückhält, damit man den Urlaub in Ruhe genießt. Vielen Dank für 10 wunderbare Tage.

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, tolles Grundstück, sehr sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Haus, alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr netter Empfang mit gefüllter Obstschale und Sekt im Kühlschrank. Besondere Highlights sind die Rehe, der Blick von der Veranda in den Garten und der Whirlpool samt Sauna, alles in sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.
