"Es un hotel de estilo industrial, que atiende las necesidades muy bien, aunque se encuentra un poco alejado del Centro, no es un problema con la gran variedad y facilidades de transporte que brinda la ciudad de Zurich, para eso contratamos el pase de un día y fue muy fácil movernos. Mas bien el que este alejado hace que sea una zona muy silenciosa. Estamos muy complacidos con el servicio brindado por el hotel."

"Very convenient to tram, just a few stops from Zurich Central train station. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but it was clean, friendly staff. We didn't include breakfast with our stay so cannot speak to the quality of the food. We were there the end of September. Our only complaint was the room was warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We were told by law they could not drop the room temp more than 6 degrees lower than the outside temp but the room was warmer than outside temp. We were able to open the window so we were fine - I just wonder how it would be in the hottest time of the summer. A little cheaper being away from the center of town. I would have no problem staying there again."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Please note if you are from the uk, there are No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which might not seem to be an issue for many, but we felt it lost a star based on this and the fact that there was an issue with our shower drainage as it took a while for the water to go down. The hotel is next to a tramline but if that's not your thing then im afraid walking is impossible due to the distance. Overall pleased with our stay and would have given full stars if it wasn't for the above."

"Breakfast buffet offered plenty of food, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice , good coffee. The staff was friendly, I enjoyed my conversations with Mrs Hida during morning breakfast. A nice feature is that the hotel offers free bottled water and snacks. I enjoyed my stay and would return."
