In Abergavenny and set adjacent to the river Gavenny. Just three minutes walk from the centre of town, this well-appointed townhouse is ideal for the weekend break, a walking holiday in the Black Mountains or just a relaxed stay. Two double bedrooms, a NON-TETHERED CAR CHARGER, an outdoor weatherproof Gazebo patio and a dining area complete the scene.

8 Waterside is a modern well-appointed 2 bedroom property and whilst minutes from the centre of town has a rear garden that has a calm that belies its location.

Excellent Property

Waterside is great place to stay, close to shops and parks, The welcome package was a nice touch. Sat a few times in the garden which has the river running alongside. Would book again if available

Traversing Wales

The apartment was the perfect size and perfectly situated to all we needed in town. We hiked in Brecon Beacon NP and it was just a short drive to the trailhead. Geoff and Tina were lovely hosts and responded to each inquiry quickly. I’m pleased we added Abergavenny to our itinerary.

Look no further!

This charming property rates very high on our rental list! The hosts are incredibly responsive, thoughtful and kind. The location is prefect and we could walk everywhere. The house is well stocked and comfortable. We will stay again and highly recommended! Thank you Geoff and Tina for a memorable experience!

Beautiful, comfortable townhouse near town center

This vacation property is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It has been completely redone and has everything you could need. The attention to detail is amazing. There is a large folder with any information you could need for the area. Geoff and Tina had homemade bread, butter, coffee, milk, cereal and yogurt available. You can walk into town easily and there is plenty of parking. There is a nice patio area to sit next to the small river which we were able to do thanks to good weather. Wonderful place to stay!

Lovely home, just a short walk from the town

We arrived at the house a little early but everything was already ready for us, which was fantastic! Quick unpack and a short walk into Abergavenny later, and we had a lovely afternoon and evening in the pubs and bars nearby. Good location to be able to drive into Cardiff for the speedway event the next day, and nice to be far enough out of the city when driving home afterwards. Lovely touch to leave us with milk, juice and breakfast items as well, thank you. If the same speedway event is in Cardiff again in 2025, we will definitely book to stay here. on

Perfection!

Geoff and Tina's place is just perfect! - very well equipped, beautifully decorated and so close to all the town offers and a number of great walks - we didn't need to get into the car at all. The homemade bread and breakfast items were delicious and so appreciated. The bed was so comfy and the kitchen easy to cook a couple of simple meals. The info folder is thorough and easy to follow and very helpful. The outdoor area is amazing and we truly loved sitting in the covered area, listening to the birds and the small river - bliss, even though the weather was cold and a bit dreary. Geoff was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We wish we had planned to stay longer or could return easily. We can't recommend it highly enough!

Lovely property close to all amenities

A very well equiped house. Nice touch to have the makings of breakfast for the next morning. Comfortable beds. The location was very good and we enjoyed the garden next to the river. We actually saw a kingfisher !! Lovely hosts who responded quickly to our requests and were very welcoming. Would definitely book again.
