"This property has no personnel at the counter and when calling no one answers. When I did get an answer, I was put on hold on my way from he airport and arrived at the property to find the person working at the time talking with someone in the lobby. The condition of the hotel is poor. Haphazard work like painting is going on at all times of the day and debris, trash etc is left in the halls and entrance. "

"Stayed three nights and found the hotel to be very nice. Staff was friendly, rooms clean and comfy. Had our two dogs with us and this place is very accommodating to pets and the pet areas are well kept. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again!"

"Elegante was great and would be a great place for a seminar. My Father and I stayed 5 days. Clean with a lot of character. It was quiet when needed and a lot of people having a good time. Elegante fue bien! Despues de cinco dias me siento contento con esta lugar! Los cuartos son limpios.Eleganté fue tranquilo cuando necesario. Cuando regresa a Tejas podemos quedar aqui otra vez! "

"No laundry services. Room was old n needs repair. Parking was ok. Neighbors were loud and scary. Will not stay there again."

"Broken tiles in the restroom. Tub had spots that rust on them. The tv only gets one channel. We had to make sure the door would shut all the way because it would get stuck. The place needs a lot of repairs and improvements. $250 per night for all this issues!!!!!!?"
