"The pool was listed as open and available but when we got on site was under construction, upon leaving we were charged an extra $100 for a cleaning fee with no evidence of any wrongdoing We stay in multiple hotels a month never have any issues. The manager was supposed to call back and never did It was a disgrace of a hotel. "
