"From the moment we arrived to when we left could not fault anything. Room was spacious, clean, staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and any special requests was not a problem. Didn’t use restaurant as price range for us was just a little too dear but that’s to be expected for a 4 star I assume. Used the gym, jacuzzi and the pool, but not the other spa facilities so cannot comment. Gym had plenty, varied equipment and the pool was warm (ish) and clean. Staff here were also very pleasant and extremely helpful. We stayed for 3 nights at a fantastic rate and only wished we could afford to stay longer. Daughter and I had a great stay and a well deserved recharge of the batteries after her prelims."

"Spacious and clean rooms, lovely venue and excellent food in the greedy goose! I also felt it was good value for money and the breakfast was good with a large selection of options. We loved having our breakfast by the fire! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Banchory! "

"Room was great, fantadtic for P&J arena across the square. Only minor complaint, no glasses in room for water, so had to take one from the bar downstairs. Overall very good and the showers are worth the rate alone. Amazing. "

"So we had a classic king room which was a small room but nice, bed was ok for comfort, only thing about the room from a woman perspective was if doing hair and makeup there was no light to see what you were doing at the mirror so you had to do separately but this is a small complaint, but it was a very nice hotel friendly staff, food was nice we didn't do breakfast, I would visit this hotel again we loved our stay "
