We were evacuated to a Holiday Inn in Westhill at early morning because of a gas leak. The staff were most helpful, the breakfast the previous morning was sufficient. As we are both in our eighties was quite stressful. Ann

Lovely clean, spacious room with good facilities. The staff are welcoming, friendly and atentative. Beautiful hotel and the food was excellent.
Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially Fay (hopefully I've spelt her name correctly).
Food is brilliant and the bar area is such a nice place sit. Only thing I would maybe say is the lighting in the restaurant is quite bright but that is being a bit pernickety. I would highly recommend staying there. I very much doubt you'll find better in the area.
Very nice property, with quiet ambience and classic style, generally friendly staff as well as nice gym and leisure options. Me and my teenage boys really enjoyed our brief stay, thank you!
Lovely well appointed rooms with great bathroom and amenities. Very comfortable and luxurious! The restaurant and bar area were both amazing. The concierge and the staff in general were all very professional but friendly. Loved staying at this property and my son very much enjoyed the swimming pool :)

Liked: Cleanliness
Rooms are tired need upgrading.
Leisure facilities are mixed- jacuzzi out of order changing rooms no locks working on lockers. No soap in dispensers. Pool was good as were steam room and sauna.
All staff were great
Food was excellent
Service a bit slow and got our wine order wrong.
Public areas were nice.
I would go here again for a meal but nothing else.
Lovely old property, well looked after. Well positioned for touring. Very professional and friendly staff. Only downside was that we had a ground floor room which proved noisy late at night and early morning because of comings and goings in the corridor outside our room
