The hotel is in an excellent location just off Union Street with lots of little cafes and different shops around it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whilst the room is clean and comfortable. A gluten free breakfast included in the price is an added bonus!
Great hotel right in the City centre, rooms were very clean and comfortable, A lovely selection for breakfast with both hot and cold foods available, very handy and reasonably priced long stay parking very close by, will definitely recommend to others.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, breakfast was okay, just warm and very busy. Only gripe, our room was by the wheelie bins, so an early wake up call!

We stayed in the Holiday Inn for 4 nights from Tuesday 30th of December 2025 to Saturday 3rd of January 2026. We weren't impress with the incidental pre-payment as we felt unwelcome by this. This is not a British standard. It is an imported Americanism which is not wanted. Overall, it was a good night stay in the Holiday Inn, Aberdeen. The hotel is in the city centre, walkable to the shops and lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff were presents, good service. Tanya
Staff wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me in a tricky work situation. Hotel reception and bar relaxed and friendly. Breakfast lovely. Rooms very clean. Radiator impressive how quickly it heated the room. Booked car parking space calling reception. Close to tesco, cafe, deli, spoons. Great location. Will stay again.
