Clean room and the building is well maintained with beautiful & historic stain glass windows and fantastic staircase. It really is an architectural delight and the breakfast was most pleasing and the staff were all very accommodating. Thoroughly recommend staying here actually if visiting the city of Aberdeen.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city and my room was really spacious and clean. Only minor issue was the noise from the street below but it’s still a lovely hotel.

Very central, walkable to eateries. Has parking but very tight and have to pay. Room was small, bed clean and comfortable. No fridge, instant coffee. They made mistakes and put my sister into a closet (single bed room) when we booked 2 -double bed rooms. Tiny, tiny room compared to our double bed rooms. They did reimburse for the mistake. Noisy at night as the bars let out. Jack hammers started outside our window at 7:30 am, so I was ready to leave by 8 am. Very mixed feelings about this place.

The hotel location is very good. It does require a refurbishment as it’s a bit aged. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful. You’ve to pay daily for parking which can be expensive but your car is protected. We come here basically for the convenience of the location.
