The room was very clean

Very central location. Helpful staff. Rooms a little dated but clean. Great breakfast. V good value.

The hotel itself is beautiful especially from the outside. Checking in is smooth. Location is closer to train station. Did not get the chance to try the spa and gym. Did not try the food as well. Outside the hotel, there are fast food and small supermarket nearby if you want to grab some food and snacks. The issue I have got is the water pressure in the shower, slow flow but manageable. There is a small kettle provided for teas and coffee, temperamental kettle. Otherwise all okay.

Great location and amazing staff. Landed at 7 am from an international flight and my room was ready! The charm and authenticity of a canal house with the amenities of a luxury hotel! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! Book this hotel!! Definitely plan on returning and would only stay here!!

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the neighbourhood. No elevator but staff took our suitcases both up and down from our 3rd floor room. Great breakfast room with good food and coffee. Would not stay here again because of room size. We had to take turns opening our suitcases because lack of room. For 1 person maybe fine but not suitable for 2 people. Check room size carefully when booking. Overall good experience.
