"The hotel overall is indeed at par with standard hotels in the developed countries. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and there was steady power supply. I think there is room for improvement in their wifi connectivity. I will surely stay here again sometime in the future."

"Check-in was efficient. Breakfast Buffett was served with good assortment and taste. Wonderful gym with aerobic classes daily. Also very convenient to a local supermarket and eateries. Also interesting was that they provided snacks for purchase in the room as well."

" I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again."

"Do me a favour and spend your money elsewhere. Booked a room for 2 persons, with breakfast buffet included, but when we had to eat breakfast it was only for one person, never said that on the reciept from Expedia. Staff was slightly rude and ignorant. The pool is made for midgets (sorry) you cant even take a swim in it. The maintenance of the hotel is poor and we even got upgraded to a suite, we had to share a towel and a bathrope, as they only give out for 1 person?!. Food was not that great...

"現在はシェラトンではなく、ABUJA CONTINETAL HOTELです。もともとあった1階の受付は閉じられており、その横に小さな机が２つ置かれて、臨時の受付をしていました。1階にはオフィスやお店がありますが、大くが営業活動をしていません。 部屋は活気がなく、ひと気もまばらです。私の客室通路のランプは壊れ、灯はついていませんでした。通路の先はごみが散らかっていました。ワードローブの扉はうまく空きませんでした。スプリンクラーの数が少なく、火災が起きた際は心配です。 一方で、毎日水は提供してくれました、朝食もおいしくいただきました。シャワーのお湯も、水圧も問題ありません。WIFI環境は部屋によって異なります。私が最初に使った部屋は、数日後にアクセスできなくなりましたが、引っ越しした部屋ではうまく利用できました。 リノベーションをしての再生を期待しています。 "

"What was promised like free breakfast was not offered, their deadbolt and security door are not properly secured. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list"

"I stayed for 8th to 10th Jan 2024 electricity went off around 11pm on the 9th and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes. I remained awake all night using phone light to chase mosquitoes. I bathed using my phone light & moved out as early as 6:42am same time power was restored. I already started malaria medication and will never recommend this hotel "

"Hotel turned me back that they do not have contract with Expedia anymore. Reception stay was cunning and rude. Not recommended for anyone. "
