The AC does't blow cold air, the bed mattress is very old and uncomfortable, no elevator but diagonal stairs case that could drop someone on the floor if you don't hold on the rail and watch your steps carefully. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list"
