Room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and lazy river. However, the walk from the parking to the lobby to your room is so far and hard when carrying all your luggage. As well as the walk to the pool and back. But overall loved the hotel and had a great stay.

First off the room was obviously not cleaned prior to me arriving.there was no fridge or microwave. Apparently there was water damage in the hallway. There was a fan constantly going to dry the carpet in the hallway which I also almost slipped on. There also was a sewage smell throughout the hotel. ...

The staff was really kind. VIP area was also very nice! I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. The beach area was also at a really good point on the island which was gorgeous.
