Aging resort
This motel is a little past its prime. It was probably a pretty fancy place back in the mid 20th century, but the facilities are dated and in need of a little more maintenance. But the location was convenient to the airport, the price was reasonable, and the staff were very friendly and courteous.

I had to kill an alacran. Only one AC for the entire 2 rooms suite. It was at the living room. I had to buy a fan to move the cold air from the living room to the room. 1/5.

Run down old place
Horrible place . Old , scary , lonely ,dirty and no amenities. Staff was ok. They are trying . No bottled water . Furniture in our little house was old ripped disgusting. I can't believe this place. The beds were horrible, air was in the kitchen . Our two bedrooms were hot and the fan they provided was old. I would never recommend this hotel unless it's an emergency and you need a roof over your head. Don't take kids there either, scary place. Sorry

It was for one night as I got in late at the airport and wanted something close without airport hotel prices. The place was very nice. Easy to get there with taxi. Bed was a little hard but room was very clean. Cottage style room with pool just outside the door. Down side is there was no food available at all other than a vending machine. Also no one spoke English and I do not speak Spanish so there was a little trouble with that but no big deal. Hardest part was the food thing. Thank god I had a bunch of granola bars with me. lol Oh it had a good AC !!

For a family with a low budget
no restaurants in the hotel, the closest are 15 mins walking distance, you can find many bad surprises like wi-fi deficient

The staff were very nice but the hotel ranges from mediocre to terrible. When we arrived, we were shown our tiny villa (#9) and it was terrible. The villa was dilapidated, semi-clean, and the view from the back patio door was unattractive. I diplomatically told the staff that the place was subpar so they moved us to the villa next door that was better. Better, but sadly it also had flaws. The hot water handle in the kitchen sink did not work. The front door did not latch. The ceiling fans wobbled in a scary way. The TV was ancient and had only 4 local channels (which were fuzzy). One mattress was so old it was like a hammock to lie in and you felt the springs on your body. The hotel pool was ove rchlorinated (it looked milky). We were there only for a couple days waiting for our flight out of Acapulco, so we decided to just stay. During those days I had a chance to observe the hotel. I noticed that a few villas had been updated - better TV's, furniture (those are the pics on the website). there were many villas that had not even been completed. Others were totally run down. I don't know if this place had seen better days or what. But, though it look promising (pretty entry, nice concept of individual villas), it just wasn't that great. I will say the staff were kind and considerate. They gave us an extra fan. They moved us because they wanted us to be comfortable. They tried to help us any way they could. This hotel might work for a tight budget.

Muy mal, había una cucaracha enorme en el baño, la habitación en pésimas condiciones, la televisión de las que ya no se usan y obviamente no tenía señal, lo único bueno es que las personas que lo atienden son sumamente amables Las fotos no corresponden a lo que es el cuarto, deberían tener cuidado en ello

Considero que hay cosas que deben mejorar. Hay algunos aspectos que están descuidados como las puertas, humedades en paredes. El aire acondicionado no funciona adecuadamente. Podría dejar un mejor sabor de boca pero deben mejorar en mantenimiento.

L'hôtel est pres de la plage et des services (épiceries guichet automatique ) les gens de l'hôtel son très serviable et courtois. Nous avons aussi accès a internet gratuit mais seulement à l'entrée pres de l'accueil !! Les chambres sont propres le ménage est fait à tout les jours ! Les piscines sur le site sont quand même bien quoi que je n'ai pas vu la filtration fonctionner mais j'ai vu les gens de l'hôtel l'entretenir seul point négatif c'est qu'il y a une partie du site qui est à l'abandon ce que je trouve dommage et il n'y a pas de repas ou même de petit déjeuner faut toujours sortir pour manger sinon se faire une petite épicerie car les chambre ont un petit frigo et micro onde avec ustensil et assiette !!

Ahora solo tiene el nombre bonito
Mal por falta de atención en las reservaciones por parte de los empleados del hotel falta de acceso en el camellon central hacia el hotel La policia dentro de las instalaciones del hotel entraron a peticion de los encargados del hotel lo que da la impresion de inseguridad.

Excelente, buena ubicación a 2 kilómetros del aeropuerto y a 1 de Centro de convenciones mundo imperial,personal atento, amable y respetuoso habitaciones limpias,con accesorios funcionales 3 albercas limpias están muy bonitas las instalaciones,se los recomiendo.

El sr. Miguel de recepción muy amable Lástima que el hotel se encuentre en una buena zona, (ahora), y a un año de convertido en hotel los dueños no muestren interés en sacarle provecho y darle mantenimiento o más bien una remodelación URGENTE! En vez de Hotel tendría que ser HOSTAL DE 1 estrella. Así uno ya sabe a lo que va... Sus fotos de internet súper falsas.

Hotel que no es igual a las fotos de Internet
no tiene nada que ver las fotos de internet con lo que son las villas, el aire acondicionado no está en las habitaciones, el baño muy incomodo y sin ventilación, cortina rota del baño, se tapa el inodoro y la coladera de la ducha no es adecuada, las redes para evitar mosquitos rotas, no limpian los pasos entre las habitaciones de los mangos caidos y en estado de putrefacción, no hacen fumigación en las habitaciones, las chapas de las puertas no sirven, en general le falta mucho mantenimiento para denominarse diamante y honestamente no volveria a este hotel. lo único que es bueno son las piscinas y la atención del Sr. Miguel, no encontré otra habitación en otro hotel sino si hubiera cambiado mi estancia en ese fin de semana aunque ya había pagado.
