Good location and views are amazinng.

The locations was in the middle of acapulco bay, exactly in front of El Amigo Miguel, my favorite seafood restaurant. There was no parking so I had to park in the street. The bath towels were old and loose edges on all towels. The bathroom had a stench that would come out of the drain so we would have to cover. And the pillows were overwhelming big, I had a stiff neck every morning. The hotel is clean, restaurant had good service and when I need ice in the lobby the would always provide.

The AC did not work in my room. It just blew hot air. I was told this is normal, but no it’s not. I know what AC is supposed to feel like and it’s not supposed to feel like an army of old people blowing hot mouth air in my face.

El check in aceptable, la señorita que nos atendió fue poco cordial, hizo el trámite y listo. Las instalaciones en general no se veían como en las fotos, falta pintura, el elevador se descompone y no cierra bien, las puertas de las habitaciones están cayéndose, húmedas y la madera se está levantando, algunas luces se están cayendo, el espejo del baño parece viejo, los amenities muy básicos, las toallas deshilachadas y percudidas. La alberca tenía nata de aceite y mugre. En general el personal parece que no quiere estar ahí. El wifi, solo funciona en áreas comunes. Por lo tanto la tarifa no corresponde ni a la categoría, ni el servicio. Es un hotel caro para lo que ofrece.

Es un lugar que le falta mantenimiento evidente. Los cuartos son buenos, las camas buenas, pero empiezan a deteriorarse. El servicio de los empleados es deficiente. El hotel carece de servicios y de personal necesario .

El cuarto lo entregaron hasta las 5 pm porque lo estaban reparando, sin embargo nos dejaron entrar a guardar nuestro equipaje hasta que lo tuvieron listo para entrar. Sin embargo nos compensaron esas dos horas dejándonos el cuarto dos horas extras el próximo día. La taza del baño no tenía la tapa, la cama no era cómoda, el elevador no funcionaba bien y el personal nos prestó muy buena atención.
