Excellent hotel. Family friendly, great staff, good food. Beach and pools amazing although none of them heated so can be cold (we were there end of season) didn’t stop us though! Limited entertainment but nice vibe in the piazza area in the evenings.

My recent stay. While my experience wasn't entirely negative, there were a few aspects that I believe could be improved. I would prefer not to leave a negative public review, but I wanted to share my thoughts directly. I was particularly disappointed with the situation regarding the room safe and air conditioning. Upon arrival, I was initially informed that the air conditioning could not be turned on for the first two days of my stay. It wasn't until late on the third day that I was told the system could be rebooted and activated, which was eventually done. I also encountered an issue with the room safe, which seemed poorly maintained. I requested assistance at reception and was given a key, but it was the wrong one. It took two days to resolve this issue and get access to the safe. On a positive note, the food was really good. However, the drinks machines were quite poor; for example, the Pepsi tasted very watered down. I would also like to commend the staff, who were always polite and very helpful, especially regarding our additional needs. As my mum has disabilities, they assisted us in arranging wheelchair hire from a local company and purchasing a walking stick, which was greatly appreciated. My biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. I never went for a swim during my entire stay because the pool did not appear very clean. I understand that they may have been trying to clean

I really enjoyed the activity such as bingo , live music, darts. The staff were all very professional . The room was of excellent standard we will be coming back longer next time.

The location is perfect, with a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance and the beach just a 10-minute stroll away, making it ideal for both dining and relaxation. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleaning standards are impressively high, ensuring a spotless and comfortable environment throughout our visit. The amenities are top-notch. The pool area is lovely and provides a perfect spot to unwind. The gym is well-equipped, allowing for a great workout even while on vacation. We were also impressed with the food and drink offerings at the hotel; everything was delicious and fairly priced, adding great value to our stay. The spa options were fantastic, though I highly recommend booking in advance to secure a spot. Additionally, the hotel offers friendly transfer services, making our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. Overall, this boutique hotel is a gem, providing a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. We can't wait to return!
