"Location is hard to beat. Gym is way too small - needs to be at least 3x larger. Bistro was bad food, poor service and expensive. Breakfast was excellent and exec suite meeting room well attended. Garden and main pool make this a standout property. New rooms don’t have plug-ins on both sides of bed - do okay if you are alone, not so good if you are two."

"Property is generally good, the staff at the front desk is slow and need better systems for checking in people. I was in line for 30 minutes to only get my key and it was midnight. I had to get an uber from the airport to the hotel because I was not able to get in contact with the hotel for the shuttle pick up service. They never saw my messages. In the morning I was able to get a shuttle ride back to the airport and the service was nice, driver super helpful and efficient."
