Acushnet Holidays

We stay at the Colonnade fairly regularly because of its convenient location and easy parking. This time we were stuck there because of a blizzard, so we spent more time actually hanging around the hotel. The lobby is really comfortable and cozy with a gas fire and a front wall of glass. The room was also very comfortable, including beds, pillows, bathrobes. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel restaurant and the staff were warm and friendly.

Friendly staff, clean room

I had a pleasant stay there. The receptionists are so nice and helpful. I came early before the checking time but they let me in. Extending reservation was also easy and they're helpful. They let me come back in after my buses were cancelled, and that's a very great service. They provided good amenities too. So far, it's been a comfortable stay in the hotel; and the location is quite near with the north station and stores if you need to buy meals just in case.

The staff was amazing..... every single person. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the restaurant could use more offerings and was very pricey. But again, the service was great so I still went with 5 stars!
