Sheets were clean and comfortable, though the pillows were quite high for both my partner and I. We would come to stay again."

"This is a perfect spot to enjoy the. I shop Ats district. Everything was within walking distance and having your own parking spot was fabulous! Easy access to the major highways too."

"The host did not give me the check in information until I asked about it and it was the same way when we were checking out, she wouldn’t give me the cleaning schedule until I asked for it and then gave me a delayed response. The house is a duplex but is not listed as one. It says to keep the noise down after 10 pm but we got to phone calls between 7 and 8 saying we were being loud and partying but we were just sitting around the table drawing and painting and for sure not being loud. The host wasn’t very gracious with us when I told her we were certainly not loud enough to be causing any problem but rather just kept calling and telling us to quiet down. There also wasn’t enough toilet paper or trash bags stocked in the house. "

"Was in Dallas for work so just needed a place to sleep and this listing is excellent for that. Late hours were quiet, room was cool, and bed was relatively comfortable (a little soft for me but it's personal preference). Two things that would have made it better for me: 1, the air freshener is quite strong, which is understandable why they have it, but I had a slight headache from it. 2, there were bugs from the outside constantly coming in. I can tell the owners are trying to deal with it because there is insulation stuff on the door, but lots of moths, a mosquito, and some others on pretty much every night. Overall though, very good stay and I would probably stay again at the same rate."
