Room was super clean and check-in was painless. The speakeasy was a nice place to grab a drink before going out for the evening. Hotel is also well located for going out in Dallas.

The room is clean, as expected from the reviews. The hotel is pretty nice for the price, is comfortable and have all you need. Perfect for a short stay. Staff was nice too.
I checked in after my flight and taking the DART from DFW. It was a short walk to the hotel, and I was able to leave my luggage in a locked room with a valet ticket. After exploring Deep Ellum (also a short walk), I returned to check in at 3pm. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. It also was very quiet. I was a bit surprised that the bar at SOVA was empty when I came back from my show at The Bomb Factory. I felt safe even walking back to the room from Deep Ellum at midnight. BTW, the oysters at the Crab Station were amazing! Overall a good stay that I would do again d/t it's great location.
Room was great, clean and the staff was wonderful. Very helpful to have bilingual staff they were amazing 24/7. GAVE THEM A RAISE! The fact that the bilingual staff were always willing to help was the best thing about my short stay here. Will definitely be back!!
Loved the service, location, comfort, and quiet. Excellent option.

The hotel was nice, quiet and room was very clean. I enjoyed the nightlife around the area with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The farmers market is nearby and are parks. Also, the train station is 10 minutes away for exploring the outer parts of the city. Overall, a great stay.

Room was great. Staff was kind and informative. Japanese toilets were great.
The staff was great. Zero issues with the people. The room was hot and didn’t have a fan so it steams up bad after a shower and does not cool well. The parking is public / paid / across the street and was full when I got there. Only had to wait a bit but it’s not ideal for busy weekend parking. Cute place overall.
Great accommodations, comfortable bed, nice rain-shower, great heated toilet seat with night light. Could have used a tissue box though!!! Overall very efficient, clean, and nice staff! I would recommend, if you’re a couple or a solo trip!
I would like to have had a fitness center and for the speak easy to have been open, but my stay was private, quiet and accessible to Deep Ellum by foot.

My room had no windows. (Maybe none of the rooms have windows?) This is probably clearly stated in a description somewhere, but I managed to miss it. I didn't even know it was legal to not have windows -- I knew the room would be small, and I was willing to be cramped to save money, but I didn't realize I was giving up having a window. The savings might be worth it for some people, but for not that much more, I could have gotten a room nearby with some sunlight that would have felt less claustrophobic. Also, the nature of the new buildout inside of an older building is that that I could hear all kinds of noise in the hallway, especially people coming back late at night, people rolling luggage, etc., so take that into consideration, too. It messed with my sleep a lot. The design of the place was great -- good, tasteful decisions. I wouldn't stay here again, but it might be the right choice for someone, especially if there's a big difference in price.
The only thing convenient about this hotel is the location. The rooms lack a lot of necessities such as racks for towels and clothing. When I checked in my first room the television wasn’t working so I was transferred to a much smaller room which lacked towels. There’s also no windows or fans which sucks and the temperature feels like it’s 80 degrees when it set to 65. No laundry rooms or gym is available. I would not recommend this place unless you need only a place to sleep. Other than that, any other hotel that serves breakfast, has laundry, is spacious, has windows, and a gym is 10x better than this. I regret trying this out. I assumed it would be cool.
