The staff was friendly and got us quickly checked in despite that we didn't arrive until late at night. We had a nice large room that was clean and well stocked. All the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

I’m positive our room hadn’t been cleaned AT ALL. I found tried food stuck on the wall, multiple spots where stuff had been spilt and never wiped off the walls. There was hair still stuck on the back of the bathroom door from previous people. There was dry pee and hairs on the bottom of the toilet all around and the floors looked as if they hadn’t been swept after the last few visits from guests, ESPECIALLY underneath the bathroom vanity. It also smelt old and musty. Carpet didn’t look as if it had been vacuumed. The coffee maker in the room was really dirty as well, hadn’t been cleaned in some time. It seemed as if they came in and changed the bedding and set out fresh towels and that was it. Also, the furniture was even beat up and the fabric on the big bench in the room was cracking, peeling and completely torn off. Pictures of the pool are very deceiving. Only one chair was usable, the rest were ripped up and broken. DEFINITELY not worth the money. We’ll never stay here again.

Overall the Hampton Hotels have been clean and had excellent service, however the TV was broken in my room and the lady who came up just waved the remote around until she got a channel and said it was OK, Ir was not and waving the remote didn't work after she left. It was early yet they never offered another room so I wound up having the one channel the TV was stuck on.service considering spring in OK one needs to watch weather. Same lady taunted me later that TV was OK . Very poor service

Very nice
Very nice hotel. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. The only minor issue was the freezer portion of the fridge needed to be defrosted. It had so much ice buildup that there wasn’t much room in which to put freezer packs to keep them frozen. That won’t affect the average traveler; just those of us with special dietary needs who bring their own food.
