"Overall staff was great. I gave a 4 star due to the fact that the onsite restaurant/bar was not open. After driving over 500 miles, we were looking forward to staying in and having dinner/cocktails without having to drive somewhere else. Which is what we ended up doing. I believe it should have been advertised that those amenities are not available. "

"Check in was rough. Booked online and was asked to pay again with a credit card, which I did. Friday night the employee working had her boyfriend and child on property for the duration of her shift. Boyfriend had many drinks without paying both nights. With patrons in the lobby, the child played pool Friday night and vacuumed the entire lobby/bar at 10pm on Saturday. "

"Haven't stayed in a Motel 6 for a long time and now I remember why. I was hoping good things and the room was small but the beds were comfy, but I took a cold shower after letting the water run for a good 10-15 minutes. Would have been okay if the front desk staff didn't call me twice, once at 2 am and once at 2:30 am telling us to quiet down because we were disturbing the neighbors. We were all sound asleep at the time and had been since 10:00 pm. So, it was somebody else. Prolly should check which room is actually noisy before calling in the middle of the night and disturbing your patrons. This is our last time staying at a Motel 6"

"Going downhill. I’ve stayed here many times. This last stay was a low point. The toilet plumbing ran intermittently thru our stay and disrupted our sleep. There were hairs and mold in our shower and the hotel did not provide housekeeping service yet they requested tips for the housekeepers. If a hotel is not going to provide a standard service unless you ask for it, they should tell you at check in. "

"Great location - easy to access all areas of Walla Walla within minutes. Outdoor patio was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was super - lots of options. "
