"The host is very responsive if you have any questions and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen does not have utensils or plates or cups, very limited if you plan on cooking. Additionally, we were only supplied with one toilet paper roll and there were a few cleanliness concerns. Namely the shower floor was dirty. The bedroom window doesn't close properly either so you get a lot more road noise. Also, it was a little confusing to find the room as the hallways are concrete and signage was...

"We had to wait for check in because the apartment wasn’t ready. Then we had trouble making the TV and Internet work and well as the shower control. Soaps were promised, but we had to buy trash bags, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher detergent to live in the place. And the owner was not responsive to our requests for help. "

"The smell in the apt was awful. Smelled dirty even though it appeared tidy/clean. Carpet was old & disgusting. Could not open any windows to air out. Turned on air when arriving hoping that would help smell while we stepped out for a few hours but that did not help. When we arrived back we left because we could not stay there due to smell & had to pay for a hotel about 10min down the road. "
