The area around the hotel is full of businesses, shops, and restaurants. It is also located very near a major freeway that can take you into downtown, north into Plano and Frisco, or to both of the areas airports.

Addison's a mild town that's easy to overlook when compared to the cities near it. Most of our trip was spent in Plano or Dallas proper.

"Definitely an upscale place! Excellent location for watching the Rangers & every space was beautifully design and decorated. The entire staff was amazing, super friendly & happy to help. The pool was very popular on Saturday, but still had a good vibe. The food by the pool was fantastic, but the pool restaurant could use a better system for delivering orders. People would order food at the bar, then go back to their lounge chairs or the pool and the servers had no idea where to bring the food. Many guests we talked to never got their order & had to re-order. Having a better system in place for food orders would limit frustration from guests and benefit the bartenders as well. On a hot, busy day, the lines for drinks quickly backed up when the bartenders are having to take extra time to figure out where food orders go. "
