"We had a great experience at the Magnolia hotel. We read some reviews prior to booking and a few people mentioned the homeless in the area which is true but to be expected of a downtown city in my opinion. We thought the room was updated and in great condition, sure the carpet looks a little old, but not a concern by any means. You stay at a hotel like the Magnolia for the character and charm. We had a great overall experience with friendly staff. "

But most importantly was the hospitality and amazing service we received while eating breakfast from Ms. Cruz. She did more than expected to help my mom feel comfortable and at easy. She was friendly, attentive, and compassionate."
