The staff is very professional and attentive, the pool has a bar with staff walking around taking orders, and the rooms have been completely remodeled with luxurious modern finishes and look beautiful. "The Fairmont is ideally located in downtown Dallas and is within walkable distance of all downtown districts, museums, and places of interest. The hotel itself is very well appointed, very clean and staffed by polite and knowledgeable people who were always happy to help. The rooftop pool area is a big bonus and provides welcome relief from the hot September temperatures. Many bars and restaurants are again within easy walking distance and those that aren’t or short taxi ride away. All in all I would highly recommend the Fairmont and would certainly stay there again if I find myself in Dallas in the future"

"I made a reservation for dinner at the regular Loews hotel through the front desk of the actual hotel I stayed at. I’m not sure how but they didn’t have it when my friends went to check and drop off the cake. I have the confirmation text and everything so that was irritating. We were able to get in still, there was only 6 of us but I feel as though that wasn’t ok. Other than that, everything was good. "
