"Clean room, safe area, parking, excess to local attractions and highway. WiFi was available. The pool was a little overcrowded. Shay at the front desk was non empathetic when asking her questions and voicing a small concern about breakfast at Moxies. Treated us like we didn’t belong but all other staff was excellent. We asked Shay about the breakfast and assumed we would get a voucher but told us we needed to pay the $18 in a rather COLD attitude. "

"Front desk staff friendly. The rooms are clean. The location is great. On property amenities a great. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Dallas area."

"Up until recent, I hadn’t stayed at this place since 2013. This place is nothing like it used to be. They used to be a bar on another floor where they would have a meet and greet for every new guest along with the customary free cookies and milk. All of those amenities are gone the room was not kept up the par. It was worn down but clean. Bathroom was the best room in the house and it was a 6 1/2 or 7 at best. for the amount I paid to stay here totally not worth it."

"Check in was fine, but our bathroom had ants, the elevator near our room was not workkng and the workout gym had out of order signs as well as TV not working. Spoke to font desk about ants and gym, but they didn’t seem concerned. We have stayed here before and it was a good hotel for the price, but think we will look elsewhere on our next visit."
