"Pros: The room was great and very clean, with a nice large bathroom and large bed with closet and microwave/coffeemaker. Cons: The host never responded to my messages. Also, I don't know if it was the host or another guest, but the part of the home that was unavailable due to host restrictions had SO MUCH NOISE. The night of 5/8/26 at 4am woke me and my friend up and kept us up for an hour. Overall it was a decent stay, but I don't see myself returning to Cozy Studio Min."

"This is a beautiful studio apartment in downtown Ft. Worth with a bed and a super cool hideaway bed. It has a terrific balcony, lots of windows, and a great view of the neighborhood. Within walking distance there are highly rated restaurants, several niche parks, the Convention Center, and Sundance Square. The apartment is nicely decorated and equipped. This place is ideal for a downtown visit or attending events and conferences. The host communicated well and was very responsive."
