"Nice staff but not the cleanest. Also the floor above had someone moving what sounded like furniture all night."

"Nice laundry facilities however there was no change machine and the front desk had no quarters. We had to go offsite to get quarters. We stayed 5 days and had to extend a day because of the Michigan blizzard. I asked for another bottle and the front desk said, "They said they only provide 2 bottles of water per stay." So I had to pay $3.00 for another one. On the plus side? They were in the process of replacing the TV's with new 52 inch (or larger?) TV's."

"Our and several other flights were cancelled so everyone was in a rush to get things ready. Our room was clean and tidy, staff was very pleasant while trying to get accommodations ready for guest. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express"

"i am so mad at the staff i asked for wake up call i missed my flight because it cost my family members had help me with hotel i got told on Sunday Saturday morning 806 she promised me i get up this about 10am i now i had stay extra night THIS WHY I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN coustmers always come first the lady at 330am scream and yelled at me It not my responsibility or my problem thats how fast coustmers dont want come back this so disorganized my flight was 530am i am sorry there no second chance on this Please STAY AWAY FROM HERE "
