"Clean room"

"Just stayed for a night in a business trip. Gets the job done! Found human hairs on almost all the bathroom towels. Apart from that, medium experience overall. No major complaint."

"Parking lot in from of the SER tower, there were people smoking marijuana. Jade Waters waterpark is disgusting. There was a child that threw up and the parent told staff and staff did not remove people from the water and did not clean it up. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it now anyone. "

"The rooms are always clean! We LOVE staying at the Hyatt Regency!!! It is perfect for a night away from home! However, I do wish the food options stayed open a little later than what they usually do. But other than that it is a PERFECT stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Soka. Staff was friendly, water available in lobby and gym. Gym was well maintained and clean. My room had a whole kitchen including a dishwasher and full size fridge. Truly best bang for your buck! Beds are comfortable. I always check for bed bugs and ofc there were none. It smelled great, was squeaky clean, and made for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely recommend . The property is also really pretty, you can walk around. Safe area. Not walking distance from businesses but the property is so large it’s a nice walk! Parking is perfection."

"i love the hotel, staff was friendly and informative. I did not partake in the breakfast. My only recomendation is to have a dark towel for make up. There was banging outside my room, which distrub my rest. other than that it was ok stay for me ."
