"This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. "The apartment was very spacious and nice looking, but there were enough things that we didn't like that we wouldn't go back. Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly. We texted the support number once but since they weren't on site and couldn't have someone come by within a few hours, we resolved it ourselves. Our issues included: 1. Towels looked nice rolled up on our arrival but all of them were very damp. 2. The...
