It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund.This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. "The house was very roomy and had everything we needed. It was situated in a new subdivision and very close to most amenities that you might need. It was a quick drive to Barrie and Innisfil beach. The host was easy to get a hold of and ensured we had all the information we needed. We had our dog with us and she was quite happy with the place. There is a small yard for her to spend time outside as well. Overall we had a great stay at this house."
