"This is the third or fourth time we stay at the Wantage Suites when in Rosebank. The location is great, within walking distance of the Rosebank Mall. It is a safe, walkable, residential area. The staff are great, responsive and efficient. Lots of restaurants around offer plenty of options to eat. "

The room on the first floor, had no good ventilation as the air conditioner was not functioning, TV remote also had problems and not even a small table fridge was present in the room etc.[ No intercom in the room, so for every problems or complaints, you needed to leave your room and report to the reception to formally lodge such...

"We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!"
