Everything was great! Room was clean, we needed trash taken out and that was just a text message away! Only a few blocks from broadway.. Easy walk. We would definetly stay here again!

The furniture was a little dated. Looks nice in the pictures, but the wear was very noticeable. The room also had a mildew smell. But this was not a deal breaker.
This is a first class hotel. If you are not ready to pay for all of the amenities and tips, go somewhere else. You pay for the location. The staff was super friendly.

Very clean, great location for walking to Broadway, eating, etc. located on a hill so be ready to walk. Enjoyed the art in the hotel and friendly staff. Beautiful room. Very clean.

Check in to no working elevators or hot tub. Then the desk gave us a key to an occupied room to which we walked in on the people. The guy at the desk then proceeds to ask me if I am sure it was occupied when I told him. The stair wells had sawdust on every step.

Staff were very friendly, hotel had a clean smell when walking in and throughout. Room was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. No complaints, was a great stay.
