"Comfortable bed, clean room, we asked for a dental kit and they gave us the cheapest toothbrush ever. The bristles get stuck on your teeth when you use them. Otherwise, comfortable bed."

"This was a phenomenal hotel they had done all to the pinnacle of great service breakfast was amazing front counter service was great as well everyone was very friendly sad to say i didnt get the chance to go to the pool but when i return i will experience it. The location was also very convenient great restaurants around good sight seeing. Thank you Hyatt Place for a great experience hope to enjoy your service very soon. "

"A very nice place to stay! Very clean and we loved the complimentary breakfast. The bar area was also a nice place to hang out on the first night while our group was getting adjusted. We were disappointed the pool was not in working order because it was being upgraded, but just another reason to come back and check it out once it is finished! Great and comfortable experience!"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But I got no sleep because it sounded like they were bailing hay above my room. Doors were banged shut constantly. The room would vibrate from all the noise. I was woken up at least once every half hour for every night I was there. I would not recommend this place if you want to get a good nights sleep. "

"We have stayed at this property previously but this time was not as good as the last few times. The room was clean but the cleaning agent used left a “film” on the hard services. The bathroom sink had a smell and the overhead light in the sitting area did not work. The shower also had a loose fitting on the curtain rod. We did contact the front desk and they did make attempts to fix the issues but the sink still had a smell but the light was fixed. We asked for housekeeping but only got it once during our 2 night stay and extra toilet paper was not provided so we needed to ask the front desk for extra to be sent up. There was some garbage in the hallways when we ventured out for the day. We do like this hotel but may try and upgraded room to see if we can have a better experience."
