"This was a great hotel first day. It is right next to a metro stop and easy to get places. The rooftop breakfast and pool were gorgeous and had great views. The breakfast was some of the best we encountered in Greece. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with anything we needed. Our room was totally fine however, I will say if you are a taller or bigger person, the shower is very small."

"We were only at this hotel for one night. But it was a very updated, clean hotel in a great location. It's on a main street so my kids did complain about the street noise at night but I slept right through it. It had a comfortable bed, nice linens, and a great shower. This was a traditional American style hotel room. Some other hotels we stayed in Europe were more European style. This had a much more American style traditional hotel room feel. I would stay here again. It is in the heart of Plaka which has a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance."

"The property is beautiful. The lobby was decorated beautifully with the chandelier and the art wall. The location is great - rooftop dining provides spectacular views (day or night time.) dining was decent as well - breakfast options were plentiful and the dinner was delicious as well. The bathroom had a leak and once reported to the front desk, they were responsive. Additional housekeeping attention was needed in the bathroom as well. The pools closed at 7pm which was rather early considering 7pm was still rather bright outside. Nevertheless, the pool in the spa was available until 10pm - no view as it was in the basement. Overall the hotel was lovely."

"Great stay at the Amalia. Hotel is about 35 minutes from airport depending on traffic. Many restaurants and shops in the area. You can take the metro from the airport as there's metro stop within walking distance from hotel. The rooftop bar has wonderful food and views of the city and the Acropolis. The staff was great they arranged transportation to the port for our cruise."

"Newer property, very clean. Wonderful locations and awesome views of the Acropolis. Suit room seems to be too pricy for the size and amenities it comes at. Bathroom was too small and shower area was not properly enclosed so the bathroom kept getting water spills all over. Overall had a great stay."
