The hotel was basic, but very well located. The Metro was basically a minute or 2 away from the hotel. It was very clean, aircon was excellent, staff very helpful, very near all major tourists spots / attractions. I would definitely recommend it to anyonne, especially to first timers in Athens. Perfect location to get around the city. Felt safe in the hotel and the area. Worth the money paid for.

Took far too long to check in. They disabled our keys before checkout time and we had to go down to checkin desk to get keys rekeyed. Of the 5 rooms in our party this happened to all. Some of them resorted to going to cleaning staff to open rooms to get luggage out for Transport to airport. Good news is the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Service speed at front desk is a major concern and elevators are slow as well. Unfortunate.
