"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

"Terrible place. Avoid at all costs. Clean but its run by robots. Totally over automated and difficult to get into. Its like a sadistic puzzle. No staff on hand. Caretaker man is vey helpful but agrees with guesta that it is a terrible place. Residents wandering around in the foyer, asking each other where everything is ,and how this works and how that works. Designed by robota who have never me a human from Planet Earth. Avoid this place."

"Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen von unserem netten, sehr offenen und unkomplizierten Vermieter Rene. Die Ferienwohnung "Burgblick" war sehr kuschelig, sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet... .viele Details. Wir haben uns hier pudelwohl gefühlt. Alles genau so, wie von Rene beschrieben. Die Gegend ist wunderschön für viele tolle Unternehmungen bzw. Ausflüge. Die Fränkische Küche ist richtig lecker.... unbedingt das Fränkische Schäuferle probieren.Elisabeth und Matthias aus...

"Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Schlafplätzen für große Familien, oder Gruppen. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Auch der Vermieter machte einen sehr freundlichen, sympathischen Eindruck. Diverse Renovierungen/ Neuerungen könnten mal vorgenommen werden. ( Grill, Bettwäsche, Halterungen Duschen…)Ansonsten definitiv empfehlenswert für größere Familien- bzw. Gruppentreffen."

"Hier hat man an alles gedacht! Die Ausstattung ist elegant, praktisch und durchdacht. Das Bett unheimlich bequem. Die schallisolierten Zimmer himmlisch ruhig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Hotel, vor allem wegen des ausgefallen freundlichen, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Personals. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!"

"Our stay was very nice, with only 2 issues which we truly were not pleased with. Paid for parking, but they have an issue with non-payers getting into the parking garage. Therefore, no parking 2 evenings in a row. Going back & forth, checking if a space was available. This was very unfortunate. The garage has a card key entry, but another could come in right behind. The easiest way is to have someone come thru hotel lobby, push the garage level button, without needing a card entry. Then person can get downstairs and open the garage door from downstairs. Frustrating for sure. The other issue, much less frustrating, no coffee ability in the room. Staff members were very nice, except for one who chose to count his cash box instead of trying to help with our parking situation. "
