Our stay at Hotel on Jakobsmarkt was very good. It was a 15 min walk from the train station. Room was clean. Not super spacious for three people since there was a pull-out bed couch which we used.
Room was a little awkward to get to. It was on the 4th floor: elevator from ground floor to first floor, walk down the hallway, take the elevator to the third floor and take the stairs from the third floor to the fourth floor.
Area around the hotel felt safe and not super loud or busy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Customer service was excellent and the hotel is very convenient to the U Bahn and airport. The room was very comfortable. This was the perfect stay for our pre-flight overnight and we would highly recommend!
