From the street it seems wonderful, with its 4 stars and beautiful hall. Then you entrer the room door and it is horrible: the room stinks, the bathroom is old, broken, dirty; the mattress is painful. I wanted to cry and escape but luckly we had to stay for just one night.

The hotel has potencial but was just very poorly run . We had no bath towels ,and when i asked for some via google translate ,we got bath robes. We booked dinner ,but it was terrible ,no choice given ,just food stuck in front of us. Im not normally fussy ,but i left the food. Aircon did not work correctly and when i mrntioned this got told they on use it on heat not cool. So basicallylike your car heat without aircon on ,in the summer. Just a disappointing stay ,which i felt with a bit of effort could be a nice hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind insgesamt sehr freundlich. Checkin war trotz Vorabreservierung etwas holprig. Checkout war dafür umsobesser. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Klima fehlt in den Zimmern, das ist aber bekannt. Im Hochsommer keine Option, aber im September ok.

Çalışan arkadaşlar haricinde hiç bişey mükemmel değildi. 7. Kattan oda verildi. Bir üst katında salon varmış. Gece uyuyamadık. Sanki nişan bizim odamızda yapılıyordu. Çok gürültülüydü. Mobilyalar ve banyo çok eski. Hijyen konusunda titzseniz tavsiye etmiyorum. Duş bile almadık. Avrupa standartında 4 yıldız değil de maksimum 3 yıldız alacak bir otel. Verilen hizmet o fiyata az/kötü. Valedeki arkadaşlar süper. Resepsiyon süper. İstek üzerine bebek yatağı geldi. İstekler anında yerine getiriliyor. Fakat otelin bence güzel bir elden geçirilmesi gerek..

Bir gece yol üstü kalmak için konakladık, oda eski, tuvalet kapısını açmak için güç kullanmak gerekiyor. En önemlisi klimalar çalışmıyor ve çalışanlara sorduğumuzda yakın zamanda değil bayadır çalışmadığı ve yapılmadığı söylendi. Otel alanları da sıcak, odaya fan konulmuş ama hem gürültü hem de bu sıcakta soğutma anlamında hiçbir işe yaramadığını söyleyebilirim. Odada tek bornoz vardı. Gece geç vakit olmasaydı ve yorgun olmasaydık muhtemelen o geceyi de otelde geçirmezdik. Gece geç girdiğimiz için yemek yeri sorduğumuzda çalışan görevli otel restaurantının açık olduğunu söyledi ancak restaurant katına girtiğimizda kahve makinası dışında hiçbirşey yoktu. Ben ailemle bir daha tercih etmem.
